Unfortunately we recently hit our 27TB cap... Again.
I'd love to go down the route of additional storage but the costs are insane, so deleting stuff is the next best bet!

I've implemented a new tool to delete content that isn't being watched to reduce the risk of this from happening in the future;

The new tool looks at unpopular content and marks it for deletion. You can view media marked for deletion on the Plex homepage under "Movies leaving LatteMedia this week" and "TV leaving LatteMedia this week" or in Collections tab.

Watching content in these lists will mark them as active, removing them from the list.
If media you want to watch has been deleted, feel free to request it again.
Media that is requested often will be excluded from deletion.
Media released in the last 2 years is excluded from deletion.
